The Role

 

Purpose of the role 

As an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with the ability to context-switch between a high-level strategic mindset and detailed execution, you will have the opportunity to lead our global, Talent Acquisition activities, and to innovate on our existing recruitment strategies to create a first-class recruitment process, without losing sight of both the applicants experience and the continuous feedback process we deliver. 

 

Team 

You will be working alongside incredibly talented team made of Recruitment and Sourcing experts in People Operations. Daily, you will be supporting our Hiring Teams, comprised predominantly by highly skilled Lamineers, who want to see their team grow even further and eager candidates/prospects, that are about to embark on a recruitment experience with us!

Your top 5 responsibilities 

- Manage up to 10 job campaigns simultaneously across all business areas, spanning across our teams: Consulting, Software and Operations. 

- Act as a true expert in the Talent Acquisition field & work alongside the functional leaders to identify and outline their hiring needs. 

- Continuously optimize our recruitment process for each team. 

- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition activities from Sourcing to Onboarding, including every step in between. 

- Ensure unbeatable candidate experience! 

 

Your Capabilities 

You are a proven Talent Acquisition Expert with a keen eye for talent and a strategic mindset, to drive our mission to attract, hire, and retain the best talent in the industry. 

 

As a Charismatic Talent Acquisition Maestro at Laminar, an ideal candidate would:   

- Be experienced with creating and leading global, recruitment processes – from project and sourcing to onboarding. 

- Have been living & breathing the Talent Acquisition world for the past 5+ years. 

- Stay informed about candidate market and their ever-spinning carousel of recruitment strategies. 

- Have effective verbal and written communication skills to engage candidates and build relationships. You need to be proficient in English or bilingual. 

- Have 5+ years’ experience in building recruitment processes, social recruitment campaigns and sourcing projects. 

- Be savvy with recruitment platforms (knowledge of Lever is a plus) and job boards. 

- Have the right level of confidence in questioning the status quo & sound level of judgement on what might work in the Talent Acquisition space. 

- Be truly passionate about making a difference in people's lives and positively impacting candidate's next, career move. 

- Be knowledgeable about the construction industry (Highly desirable).
