
Administrative Assistant Remote
Position Summary:

Legacy Construction & Roofing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role involves managing emails, scheduling, document handling, and communication with both internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to company emails, route messages, and follow up on inquiries.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and job site coordination.
Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and digital records.
Prepare estimates, invoices, and internal documents as needed.
Coordinate between departments (sales, project management, accounting).
Support hiring and onboarding tasks (sending forms, scheduling interviews).
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative or virtual assistant experience.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Experience in construction, real estate, or service-based companies.
