Regional Sales Manager (End Customer)

The Job

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead direct sales initiatives across the UK&I region, driving new end customer acquisition and expanding existing customer relationships. You will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving assigned revenue targets by selling directly to end customer organizations.

 

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify, target, and acquire new end customers across the UK&I region with strong growth potential

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within mid market and enterprise end customer accounts

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and deal closure

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities, follow up on qualified inbound leads, and attend relevant industry events

  • Develop a deep understanding of end customer business challenges, security needs, and buying motivations

  • Position solutions effectively by mapping product value to end customer pain points and business outcomes

  • Collaborate closely with pre sales, marketing, customer success, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions

  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers including CISOs, IT leaders, and executives at end customer organizations

  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and commercial proposals to end customers

  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of opportunities, activities, and forecasts in Salesforce and Clari

  • Provide regular pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and performance reports to leadership

  • Ensure accurate documentation of contracts, end customer agreements, and sales interactions

 

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong ability to execute a structured, consultative sales approach in a direct end customer sales model

  • Proven ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive complex sales cycles

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity and or SaaS sales processes and enterprise end customer buying cycles

  • Experience in selling to the NHS is a plus

  • Ability to travel within the UK and occasionally across Europe for end customer meetings and events

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience in software or cybersecurity sales with a strong focus on direct end customer acquisition in the UK&I market

  • Demonstrated success in closing mid-market and enterprise-level end customer deals

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales forecasting tools
