What are we looking for?

A proactive, goal-oriented Developer Operations, keen on delivering excellence - Based in Portugal.

Your Mission:

· Perform evolutionary maintenance on our application architecture to improve security, scalability, and ease of use;
· Implement strict security policies and ensure their application at all levels (development teams and company-wide);

· Suggest and plan continuous improvement of our corporate applications;
· Understand automation tools and scripts, and improve existing solutions;
· Conduct critical analysis of existing architecture and have the ability to plan and implement possible evolutions continuously;
· Implement and maintain observability solutions in our application ecosystem;
· Select and apply external tests and certifications on our platforms;
· Commit to compliance with GDPR/ PCI/ SOC/ ITL in our application ecosystem;
· Keep our server infrastructure always up-to-date and observable.


What we are looking for in a DevOps:

· Strong knowledge of working with PostgresSQL (version 15+);
· Strong knowledge of BashScript or Python for process automation;
· Experience with Cloud environment (AWS);
· Experience CI/ CD process using GitOps;
· Knowledge of NodeJS + TypeScript is welcome;
· Experience with IAC (Infrastructure as Code) – Terraform is a bonus;
· Some knowledge of observability stack (Grafana + Prometheus and some log/ metric collection;
· Fluent in both spoken and written English and Portuguese;
· Willingness to learn and understand the logic of our business.
