Senior Media Buyer/Creative Strategist

Lumix Ads is a VC-backed performance marketing agency that turns delivery drivers into mobile billboards. We're the first agency combining DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) advertising with Meta retargeting through proprietary MAID data collection. We've grown from $8K to $50K MRR in 10 months and are scaling to $150K MRR, this is solely with our recurring revenue clients and not enterprise.

The Role

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Meta Media Buyer with 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns at scale.

This role is not entry-level and not experimental. You should already know how to:

  • Scale winning campaigns

  • Diagnose performance issues quickly

  • Work with creative strategically

  • Tie media buying to real business outcomes

You’ll own Meta performance end-to-end while collaborating with creative, funnels, and growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy, execution, and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts

  • Manage and scale campaigns with budgets ranging from mid to high five figures monthly

  • Develop and iterate on campaign structures, testing frameworks, and scaling strategies

  • Analyze performance across the full funnel (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, MER)

  • Collaborate with creative teams to guide ad concepts, hooks, and iterations

  • Identify audience opportunities (broad, interest-based, lookalikes, retargeting)

  • Implement and optimize Advantage+ and manual campaign structures

  • Monitor attribution, pixel/CAPI performance, and signal health

  • Provide clear performance reporting and insights to internal teams or clients

  • Stay current on Meta platform updates and best practices

  • Help lead client weekly calls

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience managing Meta ad accounts

  • Track record of scaling campaigns profitably

  • Strong understanding of performance creative and testing methodology

  • Experience with both lead generation and conversion-based campaigns

  • Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, reporting, and attribution

  • Up to date on technical Meta feature releases

  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts or complex campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills with a business-first mindset

  • Clear communicator who can explain results and decisions confidently

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with agencies or multiple brands

  • Experience with eCommerce and service based businesses

  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and downstream attribution

Pay

  • $2,000-4,000 base + 10% commission on net revenue when a client resigns
