Marketing Content Producer

All while delighting fans with a modern, safe and flexible buying, selling, returning or transfer experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, collaborative and experienced Marketing Content Producer to contribute to our storytelling and content creation for our client and fan marketing channels. This role is a part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for collecting, developing and distributing a cohesive content strategy that is built off the back of regular client and fan feedback. As the first Content Producer to join the team, you will play a pivotal role in our success by creating a wide array of engaging content that showcases the value of our brand for artists, event creators, their teams and—most importantly—the fans.

Within the team, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with our Director of Content Marketing to craft engaging original content, such as blogs, social media posts, and videos, to boost awareness and demand for our products and services.

  • Work alongside our Director of Product Marketing to develop concise, effective product materials that facilitate quick internal adoption and impactful enablement.

  • Join forces with our Director of Solutions Marketing to devise efficient onboarding and adoption plans, helping our customers quickly achieve expertise.

  • Partner with our Marketing Art Director to maintain the creative consistency and quality of our branded campaigns and materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce original content, including blogs, one sheets, slides, emails, social media, videos and other multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Assist in the execution of trade events and other in-person brand activations.

  • Strategically manage a content calendar based on global and regional content strategies

  • Serve as a market consultant, informing teams of the best formats, styles and templates to use for localized content.

  • Interview clients and internal experts to get unique insights to serve as the bs for various content types

  • Uphold brand tone and voice throughout all content

  • Apply insights from content performance to inform on future content types and topics.

  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in content creation, including but not limited to blogs, video, social and email content

  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, particularly After Effects and Photoshop

  • Competency in HubSpot and Asana

  • Background in Tech/SaaS, music and/or live entertainment

  • A pulse on the latest trends in content creation and strategy

  • Experience in partnering with third-party agencies and vendors

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables across a distributed team

  • Paid media and social media skills are a plus
