Introduction:

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the Final Fantasy XV: War for Eos team within MZ. In this role, you will be reporting into the Head of Live Ops and work closely with the Executive Producer and Lead Game Designer. You will manage the live ops team for the game and drive revenue growth. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the vision, strategy, and development of the live ops team on Final Fantasy XV: War for Eos

• Manage the live ops team on the game

• Be a mentor and a positive example to the rest of the team on how to succeed together

• You will own and drive the KPIs to success criteria

• Work closely with engineers, data analysts, artists, and game designers as well as cross-functional teams such as business development, marketing, legal, etc.

• Become an expert in your product area by analyzing industry trends, competition, and relevant markets.

• Dig deep into analytics to make sound decisions

• Communicate product vision and priorities to internal and external partners as needed

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management on mobile games or equivalent experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Management experience

• Deep familiarity with game analytics and mobile game KPIs

• Understanding of live game operations, sales, and event strategies

Total compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity, and other forms of incentive compensation (as applicable) may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits.

Bay Area base pay range; Total compensation package commensurate with experience

$123,000—$195,000 USD
