Required Qualifications:
Conversational to Fluent expertise in Spanish & English
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
At least 1 year of experience with outbound sales, sales development, business development, or sales support
Experience with B2B or B2C campaigns
Proven experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in managing client relationships
Technical Skills
Candidates should be proficient in one or more of the following:
CRM management
Sales pipeline tracking
Proposal preparation

What to expect...
Schedule:
Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday but some may have unusual business hours. Opportunities maybe full-time or part-time.
Compensation:
Rate starts at $6 per hour
Payment is made via Deel
Equipment:
Candidate must have the following WFH Set-Up:
Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
Back-up computer and internet connection
Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
