The Role

We're looking for a visionary Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of Maiwork. This role is crucial in creating intuitive interfaces for human-AI collaboration and designing innovative ways to visualize and manage complex workflows across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the UX/UI design strategy for Maiwork, focusing on creating intuitive interfaces for human-AI interaction
Design and prototype innovative solutions for visualizing complex workflows, knowledge capture, and cross-departmental collaboration
Develop the design system for Maiwork, ensuring consistency and scalability across the platform
Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to balance user needs with technical feasibility
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the platform's ease of use
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements
Design the visual language for representing job, AI workers, and their outputs within the platform
Innovate on ways to make complex AI operations understandable and manageable for non-technical users

Qualifications

5+ years of product design experience, with a focus on complex B2B and B2C2B SaaS products
Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX/UI design skills and innovative problem-solving
Experience designing for AI-powered products or human-AI interaction interfaces
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Strong data visualization skills, able to represent complex information clearly and intuitively
Ability to effectively communicate design decisions and gather feedback from stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Product Engineering, Computer Engineering, Design, HCI, or related field; Master's degree is a plus

Desired Skills

Experience with designing for workflow management or process automation tools
Knowledge of cognitive psychology principles related to human-AI interaction
Familiarity with agile development methodologies
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
Experience with animation and motion design to enhance user interactions
