Who We’re Looking For

  • As a Senior Digital Designer, you are responsible for creating high converting collaterals & assets for our range of DTC supplements. 

  • These include performance-driven creatives like static ads, short form videos/UGC, landing pages, listicles  to drive customer acquisition for our brand that focuses on women 35-65+. 

Key Outcomes

  • Design new winning creative formulas across various ads & pages.

  • Improve overall brand aesthetic, look & feel.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating scroll stopping ads across various projects. (FB, IG, landing pages etc)

  • Editing raw UGC/videos & turning them into high converting assets.

  • Research competitor ad strategies, customer’s visual language, design new hypotheses and apply new attention grabbing techniques into ad production.

  • Maintain a rigorous A/B test schedule, testing different hypothesis, styles and concepts.

  • Redesigning/ optimising landing pages to improve eye flow, aesthetic appeal & conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with external creative teams to produce high level assets to elevate our brand. (photoshoots, product videos)

  • Support new product design, launch kits and promo campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative DTC ads, A/B testing, CRO, UI/UX in the ecommerce space with an emphasis on design rather than data analysis.

  • A portfolio demonstrating design & video editing skills that enhance user experience and conversion rates.(concept/ layout testing etc)

  • Strong visual storytelling ability.(design that evokes emotion, emphasises main points in the copy, while keeping a clean and polished look)

  • Ability to distil new concepts into applicable frameworks and roll out them out to new designers quickly.

  • Independent problem solver who is resourceful.

  • Organized & meticulous. 

  • Obsessed with psychology, design, video, content & advertising.

  • Dialled into the industry: Eg involved in the DTC twitter, DRM/creative testing spaces.

  • Interested in applying skill sets in the right (highly scalable) opportunity/vehicle.

  • Bonus: Experience, knowledge or interest in branding, sociology, psychology, storytelling, product design.

Important Notes:

  • As this is a fully remote role, we require team members with high accountability & responsiveness (especially so for senior roles).

  • Anticipated annual salary range for this position ($80,000 - $96,000 USD) plus performance bonus potential + with room for future growth.

  • Big bonus if you’ve run a video/ DTC creative agency in the past and want to focus & apply your skills to a fast growing business. (100% of your attention will be on creating amazing ads that scale vs chasing new clients)

  • Our hiring cycles take 2-3 weeks to complete depending on position, communication turnaround time & there will be a paid skills test portion through this interview.
