A Data-Driven Paid Ads Manager Excited to Deliver Scalable Results
TL;DR: We’re seeking a Senior Paid Ads Manager who is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced with scaling paid media spend. This is a full-time, fully remote role with an eCommerce company in the sleep industry (Europe/Asia time zones).
We’re seeking an experienced Paid Ads Manager with a proven track record of scaling Meta ads using a data-driven approach. Experience with landing pages and offer testing is highly desirable for this role. The ideal candidate should also have an understanding of additional paid channels such as Google, YouTube, and TikTok, along with experience managing junior team members. Proficiency in English is essential for this role.
This role is fully remote and requires you to work in either Europe or Asia time zones. Benefits are outlined in detail below.

IS THIS YOU?
We’re seeking a highly analytical Senior Paid Ads Manager who excels at scaling media spending, is process-oriented, and is driven by results.
We need someone who:
Possesses exceptional analytical skills to solve paid media challenges.
Takes a data-driven approach and loves diving into the details on ad platforms.
Is confident developing systems to test landing pages, offers and audience strategies.
Is a self-starter and takes initiative without requiring constant guidance.
Stays up-to-date with Meta's latest algorithm changes, to leverage new opportunities for growth.
Ideally has experience spending $150k+ per month on Meta (nice to have, but optional).
Has 3+ years of experience managing Meta ad spend.
Has business-level English.
HERE’S WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:
Overseeing the testing, optimization, and scaling of our Meta ad spend, with the support of our Paid Ads Associate.
Utilizing tools like NorthBeam, Prescient, and in-platform data to make media buying decisions that support our Contribution Margin, MER, and ROAS goals.
Leading the testing plan of landing pages, offers, and audiences.
Collaborating closely with our Senior Creative Strategist, providing actionable data and insights for our paid ads creative funnel.
Managing relationships with external agencies handling Google and Amazon ad accounts.
Keeping internal reports and key documents up-to-date with platform changes and optimization strategies.
Staying on top of the latest trends in paid media to unlock new growth opportunities for Manta Sleep.
Managing our Paid Ads Associate.
Providing regular performance updates to the Head of Marketing.

Hours: Full-Time
Salary Range: Negotiable
Location: Anywhere / fully remote
You’ll need to work during Europe, or Asia time zones, as that’s when our team members are online.
