Our team is fully distributed across Europe and Asia, while most customers are in the US.

We have been around for 5+ years and are still growing as we solve a very common and painful problem: finding a talented, affordable and reliable freelance designer is hard.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team.

You will be an essential part of the ManyPixels team and work closely with the CEO, our account executive, who is currently in charge of all sales activities.

You will be responsible for finding new opportunities through outbound activities: calls, emails, and LinkedIn. You will also be responsible for conducting demo calls and manage the entire deal cycle of your prospect.

This is a challenging position that is best suited for a self-driven individual with a do-it mentality, things will move fast, and it will be up to you to make it happen. This is an opportunity to buy into the vision of a young company and have a significant impact on its growth.

What you will work on

  • Lead list building: create list based on different attributes, validate leads, verify emails, etc.

  • Email Outreach: create personalized and automated email sequences using the appropriate tools (Apollo, Instantly)

  • Cold Calling: at least part of your day will be allocated to cold calling SMBs in the US

  • LinkedIn Outreach: TBD, but we might be looking at doing LinkedIn as well

  • Demo Calls & Close: once a prospect is ready to move to the next steps, you will handle the demos as well as the closing of the deals

  • CRM and other tools management/maintenance

Our ideal candidate

  • You have 3+ years of proven experience as an SDR, BDR, Sales Representative, Account Executive, Appointment Setter, Lead Specialist

  • You have at least 1 full year of cold-calling experience

  • You aren't afraid to put in the work to meet your daily/monthly KPIs

  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills

  • You are familiar with the usual sales and remote team tools: CRM (Hubspot), Instantly, Google Meet, Slack, Notion, etc.

  • You are energetic and self-driven

  • You must be curious and willing to learn. Outbound techniques are always changing.
