Graphic Designer

Overview

We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer to support our agency's day-to-day creative output across multiple B2B technology clients. This is a hands-on production role—you'll be in Figma and the Adobe suite every day, turning briefs into polished, on-brand assets that ship.

You'll work across a range of formats: social graphics, paid ad creative, sales and marketing collateral, landing page assets, event and webinar visuals, and the occasional brand refresh. Taste, speed, and consistency matter—we need someone who can hold a brand together across hundreds of touchpoints without losing the thread.

Core Responsibilities

Design social media graphics across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and other platforms

Produce paid ad creative variations for testing and iteration

Create sales enablement and marketing collateral (one-pagers, decks, ebooks, case studies)

Design landing page and web assets in collaboration with web/dev teams

Build and maintain brand systems—type, color, components—across client libraries

Support light motion and animated assets where needed (looping social, simple GIFs)

Collaborate with creative leads, account managers, and specialists to interpret briefs

Manage your own queue across multiple clients and hit deadlines without dropping quality

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Portfolio showing range across digital formats (social, ads, web, collateral, decks)

Solid typography, layout, and color fundamentals

Comfort working within established brand systems and extending them consistently

Ability to take written and verbal feedback and iterate quickly

Self-managed: can run multiple projects in parallel without dropping the ball

Strong attention to detail—pixel alignment, export specs, file hygiene

Nice to Have

Experience designing for B2B or technology brands specifically

Light motion or After Effects skills for animated social content

Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries

Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney, Firefly, etc.)

Web or product design exposure (Webflow, Framer)

What We're Looking For

A fast, versatile designer who treats consistency as a craft—someone who can knock out a week's worth of social variants in the morning and polish a sales deck in the afternoon, and make both feel like they came from the same brand. Taste, throughput, and reliability matter more than flashy one-off pieces.

Increase your chances of landing your dream career.
