About the right team member
The Manager, People & Culture (P&C) Business Partnerships leads a team of P&C Business Partners, providing strategic and hands-on partnership to the Revenue organization. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with deep HR expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and exceptional senior-level stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to Executives and senior leadership, delivering impactful solutions on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee engagement, change management, and P&C program implementation. The role requires familiarity with Revenue leadership teams, including experience supporting sales-driven organizations, a solid understanding of sales compensation philosophies, and org structuring and support. Critical skills for success are agility, problem solving, and team leadership.
About the role
Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership by understanding business strategy drivers, diagnosing challenges, strategically solutioning, and implementing people strategies to drive organizational success. Partner directly with Revenue leadership to align HR strategies to the needs of a sales-driven organization, including guidance on sales incentive programs and compensation.
Leadership and Team Management: Lead, develop, and coach a team of Business Partners, fostering an environment of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Provide clear goals, feedback, and professional growth opportunities.
Problem Solving and Execution: Tackle complex people-related challenges through critical analysis, data-driven solutions, and proactive decision-making. Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to deliver results aligned with business priorities.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders and Executives to influence and drive people-related decisions. Act as an effective advocate for both the business and employees.
Organizational Design and Change Management: Lead and implement large-scale organization design projects and change management initiatives to enable operational efficiency, agility, and employee engagement.
Performance and Talent Management: Partner with leaders to address performance challenges, talent gaps, and workforce planning needs. Support talent reviews, succession planning, and strategic hiring decisions.
Employee Relations and Risk Management: Work with team to oversee and resolve complex employee relations matters with fairness, confidentiality, and compliance. Partner with P&C Ops and Legal teams as needed to mitigate risks.
Program Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional P&C teams to implement and enhance P&C programs and processes, ensuring adoption and effectiveness across the Revenue team. Inform and build strategic processes.
Training and Development: Partner with Learning & Development to identify leadership needs and deliver impactful training programs that align with business goals.
Data and Insights: Use data, metrics, and trends to assess organizational health, inform decision-making, and measure the success of people initiatives.
Act as a role model and thought leader for best-in-class P&C practices across the organization.
Skills & Experience
7+ years as a progressive P&C (HR) professional with proven expertise in solving complex challenges across multiple disciplines, departments, and geographies.
3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams of professional-level contributors.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with senior leaders and Executives, particularly within Revenue organizations.
Proven experience supporting sales organizations with an understanding of sales incentive programs, sales compensation philosophies, and related structures.
Relevant Human Resources certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
Strong experience in organizational design, change management, employee engagement, and performance management.
Experience working within US and international jurisdictions
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess data, drive insights, and teach others to do the same.
Proven success managing projects, processes, and talent strategies in a fast-paced and high-growth environment; experience in technology companies a plus.
Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with operational priorities.
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with HR technologies (e.g., HCM systems, ATS, engagement tools).
