People Operations Lead

About the Role

The People Operations Lead will work closely with our HR team to ensure all people operation activities run smoothly. They will work closely with the People Operations Manager to help align the HR strategy towards business needs and will work on optimizing and automating HR processes ensuring high standard of customer service is delivered from the HR team to the business.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall day-to-day people operations activities which includes onboarding, offboarding, expat management, global mobility, payroll and benefits

  • Work with People Operations Manager to shape a strategy that aligns and moves Mindvalley towards continued growth, innovation and improvement

  • Create People Operations processes and strategies following the Mindvalley operations workflow, with the goal to make things easier from the perspective of the team members

  • Ensure process documentation is current, accurate and fully supports achievement of service level agreements

  • Continually audit and monitor compliance with policies and procedures

  • Drive continued automation and efficiency to enhance the employee experience and maintain our efficiency value

  • Driving a positive employee experience throughout their lifecycle

  • Manage the bi-annual performance review cycle

  • Partner with Legal on local and international employment and contractual requirements

  • Manage vendor renewals and agreements

  • Partner with key stakeholders on various HR related matters such as budgeting and workforce planning

  • Identify & address any gaps and determine process improvements where needed

  • Complete ad-hoc projects, reporting, and tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field

  • At least 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in an international environment

  • Good people and project management skills

  • Knowledge of employment laws, policies, and procedures across the countries Mindvalley is operating in

  • Excellent verbal and written communications with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the company

  • Comprehensive understanding of the employee's lifecycle, with the ability to recommend process-oriented and/or operational solutions to improve employee experience

  • Ability to design and create processes, policies and procedures to ensure compliance is adhered to
