Role Overview: 

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster a vibrant online community. You will have the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and creative teams to create compelling and impactful content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company objectives and brand identity.

  • Manage and maintain all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Create and curate engaging content, including posts, videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets.

  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

  • Engage with our audience in real-time, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and community management.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns and community engagement.

  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimizations.

  • Experience with social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social is a plus.
