The Opportunity

Morningside AI is hiring a high-caliber Full Stack Developer to build and deploy AI-powered applications. You’ll bridge the front-end experience with backend AI logic—turning prototypes into scalable products.

Key Responsibilities -

Build and maintain front-end applications (React, Next.js) that integrate with AI backends. - Develop backend APIs (Python Flask, AWS Lambda) for AI-driven apps. - Integrate authentication systems (OAuth providers) and ensure secure, reliable data flows. - Collaborate with GenAI developers and ML engineers to translate AI workflows into user-facing experiences. - Deploy applications on platforms like Vercel, AWS, and serverless environments.

Essential Experience

- Strong expertise with React, Next.js, and modern front-end development. - Proficiency in TypeScript, including handling real-time streaming responses. - Backend development with Python (Flask preferred) and experience building APIs. - Practical knowledge of deploying apps on Vercel, AWS, or similar platforms. - Experience working with PostgreSQL databases.

Desirable Skills

- Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and building responsive UIs. - Experience integrating AI APIs into front-end apps. - Knowledge of serverless architecture design (Zappa, AWS Lambda, etc.). - Bonus: Exposure to low-code automation tools like Make.com or n8n.
