GenAI Developer – Build Next-Gen AI Applications (EU Based)

The Opportunity

Morningside AI is seeking a talented GenAI Developer to join our high-performance team. In this role, you'll work on the cutting edge of AI development—building, refining, and deploying generative AI solutions for businesses across industries. You’ll help turn business needs into scalable AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities -

Build and integrate generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face APIs) into real-world products. - Design and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for knowledge-based AI applications. - Engineer high-quality prompts and system instructions to enhance LLM performance. - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope, prototype, and ship GenAI-driven features. - Stay on top of emerging GenAI trends and incorporate best practices into development workflows.

Essential Experience -

Strong experience working with GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.). - Practical experience designing and implementing RAG systems. - Expertise in prompt engineering and fine-tuning outputs from large language models. - Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI workflows. - Familiarity with Python or Node.js for building integrations.

Desirable Skills -

Understanding of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS). - Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar GenAI development libraries. - Exposure to AWS, serverless functions, and cloud-hosted AI deployments. - Familiarity with low-code AI platforms (optional but a plus).
