About Us

We’re launching a brand-new YouTube vlog channel that documents the real, behind-the-scenes journey of building our AI company — the wins, the chaos, the team, and the vision. It’s raw, cinematic, and personal.

This channel is a creative spin-off from our main YouTube channel, which has over 560,000 subscribers and a strong, engaged audience of entrepreneurs, creators, and AI builders.

We’re looking for an exceptional Video Editor who isn’t just a technician, but a storyteller — someone who can help shape the voice, pacing, and feel of this new channel from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

- Edit high-quality YouTube vlogs with a strong cinematic and narrative style

- Work directly with the Creative Lead to shape each video’s story arc

- Help craft the visual identity and tone of the channel as it grows

- Color grade footage to a cinematic standard (log footage, LUTs, Rec.709, etc.)

- Use motion graphics and After Effects to elevate scenes without overdoing it

- Edit with YouTube retention and pacing in mind (first 30 secs, cut points, etc.)

- Collaborate on structure, sound design, and final polish

- Bring creative ideas and have a say in how our content evolves

You Should Have

- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

- Proven experience editing YouTube videos with strong retention

- A deep understanding of storytelling, rhythm, emotional beats, and hooks

- Experience color grading footage (we shoot on mirrorless + log profiles)

- A strong background in film, visual storytelling, or documentary editing

- High attention to detail – nothing gets past you

- Fluent in English, with clear, timely communication

Bonus Points For:

- Knowledge of AI or interest in emerging tech

- Experience working with fast-paced creators or content teams

- Ability to manage and organize footage across multi-day shoots
