Marketing Analytics Specialist

About the Role

We’re looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Marketing Analytics Specialist to join Mozaiq as an hourly contractor. You’ll serve as our go-to analytics partner, helping drive data-informed marketing decisions and unlock insights across a wide range of global initiatives.

Your work will directly support mapping marketing attribution with website and channel performance. From analyzing conversion funnels to identifying what’s working (and what’s not) in a full funnel view, you’ll play a key role in helping our marketing teams spend smarter and perform better.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, remote environment and knows how to turn raw data into meaningful stories. You’ll work with both the EU and US teams, so flexibility across time zones is key.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

1. Analytics Implementation & Management

  • Configure and maintain tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, GA4, and FullStory

  • Set up custom event tracking, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy across platforms

  • Deep dive into sales and marketing tools like SFDC and hubspot to develop full funnel attribution models.

2. Data Visualization & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio or similar BI tools

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for marketing and leadership teams

3. Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and campaign results

  • Recommend improvements and optimizations based on performance data

4. Tool & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with marketing and dev teams to evolve our analytics stack

  • Identify opportunities to automate or improve data pipelines

5. Optional Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • A/B testing tool experience (e.g., Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely)

  • Familiarity with SEO reporting metrics and dashboards

  • Experience with ETL tools like Funnel, Supermetrics, or Fivetran

  • Basic SQL skills for querying and manipulating datasets

✅ What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics 4, Hubspot, SFDC

  • Strong command of Looker Studio or equivalent BI dashboards

  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and custom event tracking setups

  • Sharp analytical skills and the ability to turn data into marketing impact

  • Clear communication and the ability to collaborate across global teams

Note: This is a fully remote role, with team members spread across multiple time zones. While we offer flexible working hours, we do ask for some availability between 18:00 and 20:30 CET to overlap with our US-based marketing team (6–9 hours behind CET).
