Startup Operations Manager - Remote

Just 1.5 years after launch, our product is loved by 400+ companies in production.

To scale further, we are looking for a Startup Operations Manager:
From billing to accounting, organizing team retreats, and other logistical tasks, you will help our team move faster. You will collaborate intimately with our founders.

Location

Remote across Europe (CET time zone).

What You’ll Do

• Support our billing and invoicing process

• Own accounting and tax prep tasks

• Help with data analysis tasks

• Support team retreat planning with location & flights research

• Help with research and data gathering

• Increase the efficiency of all team members by unblocking them on tasks not core to their role

• Learn what it takes to scale a seed-stage, YC backed startup

What You Bring

• Exceptionally detail oriented

• Very solid skills in google sheets & data analysis

• Strong logical reasoning skills

• Excellent organizational skills to deliver on time for several ongoing initiatives

• You crave a fast-paced environment where you wear many hats

• Excellent written communication in english

• Available 10-20h per week

• Located in CET time zone

• Bonus: Accounting knowledge, previous experience in operation roles or early stage startup experience
