Franchise Business Coach

Your Objective:

Provide technical, operational, and marketing guidance and support to Rainbow International franchise owners.  You will introduce support tools the company has developed and assist them in recognizing the need to use and implement these tools to establish and maintain a successful level of business. 

What You’ll Do:

• Motivate franchise owners to focus on goals and financial success

• Provide technical resources to franchise owners. Respond to technical questions regarding the service provided and assist in problem resolution

• Provide training and guidance to franchisees regarding customer service, staffing, software, and implementing, selling, and marketing programs designed to increase profitability

• Coordinate field training, regional workshops, and assist with Reunion planning

• Support the legal department on issues involving territorial disputes and other legal issues

• Assist with collection of any payments and required documentation owed by the franchisee

• Mediate interactions between customers and franchisees

• Provide operational input on the various aspects of the concept

You’re Good At:

• Microsoft Office

• Writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

• Business mathematics, particularly reading and understanding financial statements

• Communicating clearly and precisely

• Problem solving

• Performing under pressure

• This position could require up to 25% of travel for site visits, company functions, conferences, and tradeshows

• Occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds

Education & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university

• Experience: 5+ years of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
