
Reporting Analyst
NeoWork is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a Reporting Analyst at NeoWork, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and generate reports that contribute to the strategic decision-making process.

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using reporting tools and have a solid understanding of data analysis techniques.
Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate insightful reports
Collaborate with internal teams to identify reporting requirements and deliver accurate and timely reports
Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide recommendations for improvement
Develop and implement data quality measures and protocols to ensure data accuracy
Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business needs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
Requirements
At least 5 years of proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
Proficiency in using reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
Ability to create automations in generating reports and creation of client dashboard (e.g. Looker Studio)
Experience in data analysis and visualization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.
Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
