Reporting Analyst

NeoWork is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. As a Reporting Analyst at NeoWork, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights and generate reports that contribute to the strategic decision-making process.

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using reporting tools and have a solid understanding of data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate insightful reports

  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify reporting requirements and deliver accurate and timely reports

  • Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Develop and implement data quality measures and protocols to ensure data accuracy

  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business needs

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or in a similar analytical role

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data

  • Proficiency in using reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

  • Ability to create automations in generating reports and creation of client dashboard (e.g. Looker Studio)

  • Experience in data analysis and visualization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment

  • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity.

  • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
