What is Noda?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented Payments Specialist to be part of our dynamic team.

Your mission:

Initiating outgoing bank payments, keeping track of incoming payments, cross-referencing payments with invoicing, reconciliation, making settlements, making bulk payments;
Overseeing funds flows in companies’ bank accounts;
Overseeing card payment flows;
Checking bank details, managing payees;
Communicating with banks and passing any requests to respective departments;
Communicating with accounting and other related departments, responding to queries;
Working with bookkeeping systems.

What are your skills and experience:

3+ years of experience in payment processing, or in a similar role;
Experience in Fintech will be considered as an advantage;
Knowledge of payment systems, processes, and industry best practices;
General ability to use MS Office;
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Fluent Russian, and English skills at the professional proficiency level or higher.
