Supply Acquisition Manager

Here are some details we would like to share with you:

We are looking for a Supply Acquisition Manager who will directly impact our business by driving supply growth through strategic sourcing and efficient hiring processes. In this role, you’ll build and optimize repeatable, automated acquisition systems that fuel our supply pipeline and support the company’s expansion goals.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and implement supply acquisition strategies aligned with business demand and quality standards.

  • Manage the full acquisition funnel — sourcing, screening, selection, and hiring of suppliers.

  • Conduct market research to identify and prioritize supplier sources in new and existing geographies.

  • Analyze recruitment data and performance metrics to optimize acquisition channels and conversion rates.

  • Lead initiatives to improve supplier retention, engagement, and pipeline scalability.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Onboarding, QC, and People Ops teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

  • Drive process automation and introduce innovative sourcing tools to maximize productivity.

About You:

  • 1+ year of experience managing full-cycle recruitment or supply acquisition processes.

  • Proven ability to build and optimize sourcing and acquisition workflows.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making/

  • Proficient in ATS systems, recruitment CRMs, job platforms, and social media sourcing

  • English level: Upper Intermediate (B2+) or higher.

  • Experienced with Google Sheets / Excel for tracking and reporting

  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining strategic focus.
