The Job
As a Director of FP&A at Omnidian, you’ll be at the heart of our financial strategy, using your leadership and analytical prowess to uncover business opportunities and drive impactful insights. You’ll collaborate across the organization, influencing key decisions and guiding our financial future.
We’re looking for someone who can dive deep into the details of our forecast model while also seeing the bigger picture, effectively communicating our financial story. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a talent for report writing, and a knack for data analysis and visualization. What You’ll Do
At Omnidian we believe in trust and autonomy. How you create an impact is ultimately up to you. Here is an outline of some of the things you’ll be doing:
Financial Planning (50%)
Own corporate budgeting & forecasting, inclusive of the P&L, balance sheet, revenue planning in collaboration with Sales, unit economics, and business line growth.
Own P&L analysis to drive actionable insights.
Business Analysis and Reporting (50%)
Drive Omnidian’s portfolio and business line level management financial reviews to surface and challenge financial and operational trends in the business.
Support go-to-market analyses and other functions for developing and gathering KPIs and relevant business metrics to analyze trends.
Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of pricing, valuation, comparable & relative valuation analysis, and market-specific analysis.
Who You Are
You have robust analytical, quantitative, and modeling skills for a broad variety of business models and transaction types.
You are ARTful: accountable, respectful, and transparent.
You have a demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships with your business partners to deliver results.
You have a bias for action based on an analytical approach.
You are passionate about continuous improvement and best practices.
You have the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, have excellent attention to detail, and work effectively under deadlines.
Experience You'll Need
8+ years of senior-level financial management experience.
Proven track record in corporate budgeting & forecasting, P&L analysis, and financial planning.
Experience in driving recurring internal business reviews (MBRs / WBRs)
Demonstrated ability to develop and gather KPIs and relevant business metrics.
Prior experience with strategic financial initiatives and continuous improvement projects
Experience That's a Plus
Experience in the renewable energy sector or a high growth start up
Advanced proficiency with financial analysis software and tools.
Experience in pricing, valuation, and market-specific analysis.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.

Midpoint: $155,000
