Role

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and trusted Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing strategic initiatives, communication and day-to-day priorities.

In this role, you will act as the right hand to the CEO — ensuring that meetings, projects, and communications run smoothly, and that priorities across the organization are aligned. You’ll have visibility into the company’s strategic direction and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs before they arise, and enjoys building structure and clarity around complex tasks.

What you'll do

  • Strategic support: Acts as a strategic partner to the executive, anticipating needs and aligning with organizational goals

  • Project Management: Support on key company initiatives; ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

  • Communication: Act as a gatekeeper for CEO, draft messages and manages communications

  • Information management: Researching information, analyzing data, and preparing reports

  • Confidentiality: Manages highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field from a target university, such as WHU or similar

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and follow-through

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (C1+)

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling confidential information

  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable — comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting

  • A genuine interest in business strategy and growth topics; ability to understand and anticipate leadership needs

  • General willingness to travel
