The Opportunity

This is your chance to work alongside some of the best in the digital advertising industry and B2B SaaS space. We’re looking for an individual who enjoys being challenged, is a lifelong learner, and takes pride in delivering results for clients. The successful candidate can expect to earn between $65,000 - $80,000 CAD/year—depending upon relevant skills and experience—as part of a complete, competitive compensation package.

What You’ll Do 

As an Associate at Outshine, you lead client engagements by connecting campaign execution with a broader understanding of performance, client goals, and long-term success. Your day-to-day is focused on: 

  • Performance + platform ownership. You take holistic ownership of advertising performance by connecting platform activity to client goals and KPIs. You identify opportunities for improvement, guide optimization priorities, and ensure client programs are moving in the right direction.

  • Technical excellence. You bring deep expertise across advertising platforms and analytics tools, translating performance data into actionable insights. You understand how campaign execution connects to KPIs and client objectives and help guide optimization decisions across channels.

  • Client leadership. You build strong relationships with clients through clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and proactive problem-solving. You know when to operate independently and when to involve teammates to deliver the best outcomes.

  • Driving quality + team excellence. You help ensure your teams deliver exceptional work by setting high standards, keeping projects organized and moving forward, and pushing for strong execution and thoughtful problem-solving. 

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years experience in digital advertising and measurement platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and Google Analytics

  • Experience ramping up quickly to deliver impact, managing complex projects, and fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders around the world

  • Proficiency working in the Google suite of products (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Slides), and experience with Looker is an asset

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing is an asset

  • Experience in an advertising or marketing agency is an asset
