Additionally, this is a 100% remote role.

The Daily

• Be an effective player-coach, which includes maintaining personal sales production while managing a team of Home Advisors.

• Coach and support Home Advisors through sales calls, borrower interactions, and mortgage scenarios.

• Organize and conduct a daily Morning Standup meeting to discuss any updates, goal setting, progress to goal, and to get the team excited for the day.

• Communicate the sales strategy and company initiatives to your team and be prepared to answer related questions.

• Develop further knowledge of the industry, loan products, and market changes to better inform the team and implement the sales strategy.

• Manage Home Advisors’ sales performances and provide them with coaching and support to help achieve KPIs and quarterly OKRs.

• Effectively coach, encourage, develop, and inspire team members for their achievements.

• Complete annual and quarterly performance reviews, which includes reporting on individual metrics and overall performance.

• Assist Sales Team Managers and fellow Team Leads with the sales strategy development and implementation, in addition to ad hoc tasks or projects.

• Assist the sales manager with sales strategy development and implementation.

The Essentials

• Bachelor’s Degree or Relevant Experience

• Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator

• 1-2 years of mortgage or lending experience and in depth knowledge of the industry

• 1-2 years management experience

• Expected to work and be available for Pacific Time Zone Business Hours

• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to provide vision and inspiration to peers, consumers, partners, and colleagues.

• An empathetic leader that is dedicated to the professional growth of their direct reports.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
