We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Product Management team. This role will report to the Director of Product and will lead a team of engineers and designers that is focused on building out our Account experience to drive engagement and increase conversion with our customers. You will be responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap that will be critical in shaping the product experience for how we help borrowers throughout the home buying process. 

The Daily

• You’ll lead a cross-functional agile team managing the entire product development cycle from strategic planning to post-launch analysis 

• Become a domain expert on mortgages and building products that simplify this fairly complex space for our customers

• Build and maintain the product roadmap for your domain along with monitoring the success and measuring the impact of feature development

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across the organization to develop business cases, define requirements, and prioritize requests to ensure our work focuses on driving the most value and is aligned with our product vision and strategy 

• Partner with Engineering, Design and Analytics teams to build and execute against the product roadmap

• Identify opportunities via user testing, competitive analyses and that contribute to the product vision and strategy Manage stakeholder relationships across Marketing, Sales, Lender Relations and our Executive team  

The Essentials

• You have 4-6 years experience leading agile teams building B2C products 

• You have a proven track record of understanding customer needs and delivering scalable products to solve them 

• You enjoy thinking both strategically and tactfully and are able to use data and customer insights to to inform your decisions

• You have experience designing, executing, and acting on experiments (e.g. A/B testing)You excel in communication and collaboration and are passionate about building relationships with stakeholders 

• You have a positive, energetic attitude and are eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• You’re experienced and comfortable using Product development tooling such as: Jira, Looker/Tableau/Google Analytics, FullStory, Google Workspace
