Path is a healthtech company dedicated to making mental health care work for everyone. Path takes a patient-first approach, where treatment is more accessible, personalized, and effective. With Path, it’s easy to find a high-quality therapist or psychiatrist who accepts insurance and is actively accepting new patients.

What we’re solving

Over 65 million Americans have a treatable mental health issue — that’s 1 in 5 people. Today it’s difficult to find a provider, and for those with complicated conditions, it’s nearly impossible to find coordinated care. We’re here to fix this.

Our Behavioral Health Content Writer will play an integral role in the growth and scalability of Path and add a behavioral health lens to content for both our internal teams and our external clients. We are looking for a highly collaborative and skilled communicator who can synthesize technical information and create processes and best practices for both therapists who work with Path and our Support team.

  • Utilize a variety of media, including text, graphics, video, and audio, to create engaging and interactive content

  • Create, write, audit, and own Help Center content for the therapist audience

  • Synthesize technical and clinical information for internal and external audiences

  • Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, job aids, and process documentation

  • Work with department leadership to prioritize training initiatives and identify stakeholder needs

  • Build best practices and standards to create an environment that is conducive to learning and exchanging information, engages the learner, and produces the desired outcomes

  • Ensure scalability of the training content through the development of technology and a train-the-trainer approach

  • Analyze course evaluations in order to judge the effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience creating Behavioral Health in a writing or content creation role

  • Ability to synthesize and simplify complex tools and workflows for adult learners using multiple mediums

  • Experience in developing professional development materials for Internet-based platforms
