Team Lead, Talent Acquisition
Job Summary:
Our People Team is made up of Payscales HR, TA and people program management. The Team Lead, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing a team of talent acquisition partners, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent. This role will be involved in recruiting and helping build a strong employment brand, process improvement, and collaboration with various departments to meet staffing needs. This person will be a key contributor in helping us meet company goals.
You will:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s staffing goals.
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional partners (HR, Finance, Procurement, etc..) to better understand staffing and forecasting needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Promote the organization’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Consistently gather, track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Support attraction / pipelining strategies, building scale for future roles with a focus on building I&D pipelines through proactive sourcing.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

You Have:
Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a talent acquisition leadership role
Experience recruiting diverse SaaS roles such as, Go-to-Market, Enablement, Customer Experience, G&A, and Engineering
Preferably a blend of recruiting experience both in-house and agency
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobvite ATS is a plus.
Your Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Outstanding networking and communication skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Deep understanding of recruitment best practices and legal requirements.
Proven organizer with an understanding of the big picture while fearlessly prioritizing to achieve your goals.
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects/tasks assignments simultaneously to meet deadlines and deal with competing priorities across the team
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $92,400 - $138,600, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
