The Role
We are seeking a highly creative, data-driven Content Creator to lead the development, testing, and optimization of marketing creative across multiple brands and across both paid and organic channels.
This role blends hands-on content creation and community engagement, ensuring each brand’s voice and audience strategy is reflected in high-performing content. You leverage AI tools to scale winning creative concepts across a portfolio of brands.
You obsess over the voice of the customer. You work hard to understand the needs and challenges that operators and merchants face in order to create content that goes a level deeper to meet the objectives of small business owners looking to grow and automate their businesses.
Responsibilities
Creative Asset Production
Produce and launch 5–10 new ad creatives per week
Develop high-performing hooks, messaging, and visual concepts optimized for paid media platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn)
Rapidly iterate on creative variations to identify winning combinations of messaging, format, and audience targeting
Use AI tools to ideate, produce variations, and test concepts at speed without sacrificing quality
Vertical Video Creation
Create and edit 3–5 vertical videos per week optimized for paid performance channels (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Ensure videos are designed for scroll-stopping engagement within the first few seconds
Manage end-to-end production: scripting, shooting, editing, and publishing
Creative Testing & Optimization
Lead ongoing creative testing initiatives across paid platforms to improve campaign performance
Analyze results and iterate quickly to drive improvements in efficiency and scale
Track creative performance and surface insights to inform future content strategy
Organic Social Content
Social Publishing
Manage posting across organic social platforms
Content & Community Management
Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and interactions
Maintain a consistent brand voice while fostering authentic engagement and audience growth
Build relationships with operators, customers, and community members through genuine interactions
Social Listening
Monitor social platforms to identify trends, audience sentiment, and opportunities for content engagement
Surface insights to inform both organic content strategy and paid creative testing
Qualifications
Proven track record creating and publishing content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or similar platforms (high school, college, or personal channels count — we care about evidence, not job titles)
Strong expertise in short-form video and vertical content formats
Deep understanding of viral content mechanics, hooks, and audience psychology
Demonstrated ability to produce high volumes of creative and test rapidly
Experience using AI tools for creative production, ideation, and workflow automation (or strong desire to learn and experiment)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect creative experimentation to performance metrics
Video editing proficiency
Natural on-camera presence and comfort being the face of a brand
Self-directed work style: ship high-quality work without constant oversight
