Finance Manager

The Finance Manager plays a key role in driving financial excellence, strategic insight, and operational efficiency within a dynamic and forward-thinking finance team. Working closely with the Financial Controller, they will support business growth by managing budgets, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring strong financial performance. This role is also responsible for audit compliance and regulatory reporting, contributing to a finance function that is both proactive and integral to the company’s success.

Job requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified 

• Proven experience in a finance management or senior accounting role in a UK headquartered company

• Audit background

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

• Experience working cross-functionally and partnering with senior stakeholders

Job responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Monitor financial performance and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and audit requirements

• Prepare/review accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Support the Financial Controller with financial strategy, risk management, and business partnering

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support operational needs
