Responsibilities
Who are you?
The role of Reference Based Pricing (RBP) Member Services Representative is primarily responsible for providing attentive customer services to Personify’ s clients. This role manages incoming calls from both members and healthcare providers to assist in navigating RBP plans.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
Using top-notch interpersonal skills to help members understand their RBP plan and to decrease frustration
Handling incoming calls from members and health care providers regarding a variety of requests including resolving barriers to care, reviewing member benefits and the provider payments
Demonstrate and maintain professional oral and written communication skills
Navigating multiple databases simultaneously for member research and resolution
Answering questions about member benefits, claim processing and navigating multiple RBP partner portals.
Possess a professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone
Using excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections
Accepting repetitive work tasks performed in a confined work area
Consistently meeting established performance and quality standards
Maintenance of thorough knowledge of systems so that information can be researched, and proper information is given to members
Discipline to work from home as business needs dictate.
All other duties as assigned.
Required Internet & Speed Standards for Remote Employees: Must maintain a reliable internet speed and meet the requirement of at least 10 Mbps upload speed and 20 Mbps download speed. Internet connection must be hardwired into modem/router (ethernet cable is provided). No MiFi or Wi-Fi connection is allowed when completing calls

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have at least one year customer service experience in a call center environment, previous RBP experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong personal computer usage and Internet proficiency skills

Ability to listen attentively and to use information provided to assist members specific needs
Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment

Must be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness
Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
Ability to set at desk for prolonged periods of time.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $16.00 to $21.00. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
