Hi! I’m the founder of Cobalt Intelligence, a growing B2B SaaS company in the data and business verification industry. We help businesses harness data through AI-driven solutions. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who can build strong relationships, support customers in using our products, and help us expand our offerings.
We're a small company at an early stage, with all the good sides: we're a small team, and we're happy to work together every day. We're profitable, growing, and inventing something new.
As we're growing, our platform is improving every single week and more and more clients are joining us. We're looking for someone to join as a Customer Success Manager, which will be a new strategic position within our team. You’ll help lay the foundation of our CSM team and deliver a great customer experience.
Cobalt Intelligence is a fully remote-first company, offering you complete flexibility in how and where you work. While this role is 100% remote, there may be occasional opportunities for in-person meetups, whether for team gatherings or attending industry conferences. All of our internal meetings, as well as your customer interactions, will take place online via phone or Zoom.

Who We're Looking For
As a Customer Success Manager, your primary task will be assisting existing customers by demonstrating and explaining how businesses can improve their business verification process with Cobalt Intelligence. Your goal will be to make sure that our customers are getting the most out of the platform!
We're a small company: you should like to get outside your comfort zone, be resourceful and, and like to learn new things. This is a strategic role for us: Besides me, you'll also work with our team, dedicated to helping us deliver a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
Maintain regular contact with current customers and have quarterly/regular calls with them to check in.
Guide customers on using our products.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for expansion.
Troubleshoot customer issues (no coding required) and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Contribute to the business by helping with technical documentation, sales support, or other areas as time allows.
Requirements
Experience in a customer success or account management role.
Technical aptitude: You confidently consider yourself tech-savvy. While you don’t need to be a developer, you should be able to quickly and thoroughly learn new software products and explain technical concepts to customers. No coding required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with or interest in using AI tools.
Organized and detail-oriented.
You have Advanced English, both written and verbal communication
Side Projects
When not directly engaged with existing customers, you’ll also be working on side projects designed to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of our customer success efforts. All of these projects will share a common goal – making the other parts of your job easier and allowing you to be even more successful.
For example, based on your skills and interests, you might:
Design new onboarding workflows
Create new user guides and documentation
Enhance or create drip email campaigns and email copy to improve user engagement and conversion
Create training videos
Host webinars for current & prospective customers, highlighting the features and benefits of the platform
