Senior GTM Enablement Manager

About the Role: 

We seek a dynamic Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement Manager to spearhead the optimization, management, and strategic redesign of our comprehensive learning and development tools and events suite. In this pivotal role, you will focus on enhancing the readiness of Planful's customer-facing teams through innovative training initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise to elevate GTM employee onboarding and foster awareness of product and service innovations.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving alignment between Marketing, Sales, and other departments, ensuring cohesive enablement strategies that empower our teams to excel in their roles. You will collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and alignment in GTM enablement delivery, methodologies, and reporting. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of comprehensive onboarding programs for GTM new hires, encompassing various learning modalities such as live classroom training, asynchronous e-learning, virtual sessions, role-plays, workshops, and pre-boarding activities.

  • Spearhead the strategic development and implementation of measurement frameworks and KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of our enablement initiatives. This role will be pivotal in ensuring alignment between enablement efforts and business objectives, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing resource allocation across the organization.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather insights into their perspectives, needs, and challenges and proactively implement enhancements to optimize program effectiveness.

  • Drive the development of dynamic, blended learning solutions that engage and empower our teams, ensuring accessibility and relevance to sales objectives.

  • Oversee the creation, curation, and continuous refinement of onboarding content and collateral tailored to the sales function, fostering alignment and consistency.

  • Develop coaching guides derived from best practices to enable front-line leaders to document and disseminate knowledge, driving ongoing performance improvement effectively.

  • Execute surveys to gain actionable insights into field needs, performance metrics, confidence levels, and developmental areas, informing future enablement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, customer success, or marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving results.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related fields, preferably within a fast-growing organization.

  • Extensive experience designing and executing new hire onboarding programs for sales and customer-facing teams, focusing on scalability and impact.

  • Strong familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and field training events, including annual kick-offs and periodic trainings.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling training assets such as briefs, slides, videos, and other multimedia content.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office, and basic Adobe creative tools, with a keen eye for detail and design.

  • Passionate, high-energy individual with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence, driving enthusiasm and engagement among teams.

  • Knowledge of finance, financial planning, reporting processes, sales fundamentals, and typical methodologies is a plus.
