Performance Manager (Telegram)

We are looking for a Performance Manager to help launch, test and scale Telegram marketing for our new Web3 products. This is a R&D team role - you will experiment a lot, come up with ideas and test hypotheses quickly.

What will you engage in

• Launch and optimize Telegram Ads and CPA campaigns: disable what doesn’t work, scale successful formats, and conduct simple analytics.

• Creative input to form templates, participate in generating ideas and hypotheses.

• Communicate with influencers and partners: send messages using prepared scripts, organize cross-posting, record responses and transfer warm leads.

• Plan and publish content, moderate chats, answer basic questions, and maintain community activity.

• Maintain a table of metrics and prepare short reports.

What we expect from you

• Experience in Telegram/Discord of at least 1 year.

• Knowledge of Google Sheets (basic formulas, pivot tables).

• Basic skills in Canva, Figma or Photoshop.

• Understanding the Telegram platform: bots, gifts, TON, wallets.

• English language - at least level B1.

• Basic understanding of the crypto environment and terms (no need to be an expert).

• Fluent Russian.
