Head of Growth (B2B SaaS Startup)

Head of Growth - SaaS Startup

We're looking for a results-driven Head of Growth to own our entire revenue engine and take us from $1M to $5M+ ARR. You'll build and scale our sales, marketing, and customer success functions from the ground up at a profitable B2B SaaS company serving the creator economy.

This is a full-time, long-term role with significant equity upside. You'll work directly with the founder to establish scalable growth systems and processes that drive predictable revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the entire revenue funnel from lead generation to customer expansion

  • Build and optimize our sales process, including hiring/managing sales team

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy across multiple channels (content, paid, partnerships, affiliates)

  • Implement pricing strategy and revenue optimization initiatives

  • Establish customer success processes to reduce churn and drive expansion

  • Set up analytics, reporting, and growth experimentation frameworks

  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and growth vendors

  • Lead cross-functional growth initiatives across product, engineering, and operations

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years experience in growth, sales, or marketing at B2B SaaS companies

  • Track record of scaling revenue from $1M to $5M+ ARR (as employee #5-25, not at large companies)

  • Experience building sales processes, managing AEs, and driving pipeline generation

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in growth metrics, cohort analysis, and experimentation

  • Comfortable with creator economy, adult entertainment, or similar niche markets

  • Proven ability to hire and manage cross-functional growth teams

  • Self-starter who can build systems from scratch without extensive guidance

  • Bonus: experience with affiliate programs, influencer marketing, or two-sided marketplaces
