This leadership role involves setting the editorial direction, managing content workflows, and ensuring all published content aligns with our brand voice, SEO goals, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to support company goals.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of writers, editors, and content specialists.

• Oversee content production across articles, web pages, blogs, and digital campaigns.

• Ensure all content is high-quality, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand voice.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize content impact.

• Track content performance and use data to guide future strategies.

• Stay up to date with real estate and digital content trends to maintain Precondo’s authority.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head of Content, Content Director, or similar leadership role.

• Strong editorial, writing, and strategic planning skills.

• Deep knowledge of SEO and digital content marketing best practices.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management abilities.

• Experience managing remote teams is an asset.
