About the Position: We’re looking for a highly organized and self-driven technical recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across both technical and operational pipelines. This role involves significant collaboration in a remote environment. To succeed in this role, you will need a solid grasp of sourcing strategies, experience partnering with hiring managers, and the ability to create efficient recruitment pipelines using tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn.
U.S. remote; West Coast time zone strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end recruiting process
Lead hiring efforts and support sourcing strategies
Manage job postings, pipelines, and scorecards in Greenhouse
Assess and screen candidates for fit
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and track feedback
Communicate candidate next steps
Keep job postings current and active in recruiting systems
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Start up experience
Experience hiring software engineers
Experience working directly with hiring managers
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting
Strong Greenhouse (or ATS) experience
Clear and professional written communication
Experience supporting both tech and non-tech roles
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
Growth mindset and comfortable navigating ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience sourcing legal transcriptionists
Experience supporting onboarding
Experience sourcing contractors
Experience partnering with Senior Leaders
Experience using Slack

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000/year; however, the final base salary will be based on several factors, including geographical location, level of experience, relevant skills, and knowledge.
