Recruitment Process
Bryq Assessment: A short 15–20 minute assessment to help us understand your working style and fit with our team. You’ll have 3 days to complete it.
Video Interview (Loom) - Portfolio and Design Process Review: You’ll record short Loom responses to a few questions, including a brief walkthrough of a past project. This helps us understand how you think, communicate, and approach creative work.
Design Test: If shortlisted, you’ll complete a small, design exercise focused on Amazon visuals. This is intentionally scoped to understand your approach and quality bar.
Final Interview: If all goes well, you’ll move on to a live online interview with the CEO and Operations Manager to discuss your work, collaboration style, and next steps.
