The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated, digital-native designer to join us as our first in-house commercial design hire. This is a unique opportunity for a high-potential designer to move beyond basic execution and play a collaborative role in shaping how our brand looks and feels as we scale. This is an opportunity for real ownership, developing a strong brand for a high growth AI company.
You will work directly with the Brand & Content Manager to help evolve and enhance our visual identity, moving us from "startup" to "scale-up." This is a role designed for someone who wants to learn the "how" and "why" of brand strategy while shipping high-quality creative work every day.
What You’ll Do
Brand Partnership: Partner with the Brand & Content Manager to lead the evolution of our visual identity. You will proactively audit, refine, and scale our brand guidelines to ensure a premium, cohesive experience across all digital and physical touchpoints
Building the "Brand Hub": Help us architect and organize our first central Brand Hub. You’ll create the templates and libraries that empower the whole company to stay on-brand.
Web & UX Design: Design beautiful, high-converting landing pages in Figma. You’ll learn how to bridge the gap between "pretty designs" and functional web experiences for our Webflow website.
Commercial Creative: Execute high-impact assets for social media, digital campaigns, and sales enablement materials that help our team win.
Development Workflow: Work alongside our external Webflow developer to see your designs come to life.
What We’re Looking For
Design Toolbox: Highly proficient in Figma for all digital-first design and web layouts (including developer handoff), with a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) for photo editing, asset creation, and print-ready collateral.
Design Eye: A portfolio that showcases a clean, modern aesthetic with a focus on digital-first design (web layouts, social content etc.)
Proactive Mindset: You are a "high-agency" thinker. You don't just wait for a task; you notice where our brand could be stronger and suggest creative ways to improve it.
Systems Thinker: You don’t just design; you build frameworks. You are passionate about developing scalable design systems and innovative workflows that eliminate friction, allowing the team to utilise high-fidelity assets with greater speed and precision.
Balance of Quality & Pace: You take pride in your craft and can deliver polished work within set timelines. You’re keen to learn how to produce high-quality assets efficiently as part of a fast-moving team.
Bonus Points (Not Required, but Great)
An interest in Motion Design (After Effects or Lottie).
Curiosity about using AI tools to speed up the creative process.
