Senior Human Resources Manager

🌟 Senior HR Manager

Pulley is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to implement effective HR strategies, managing talent, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. The right person for this role deeply aligns with Pulley's culture and understands the company goals. They can craft HR strategy, and execute on these strategies to help the company achieve it's business goals.

đź›  Responsibilities

  • HR Planning and Alignment: Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that are not just aligned, but are integral to achieving Pulley's revenue goals. Your strategic insight will be key in building, supporting, and growing a team that helps us achieve our aggressive goals.

  • Team Development: Take a leading role in employee development, and retention. Your work will be essential in growing the team to meet current and future business challenges.

  • Compensation and Performance Management: Partner with the leadership team to strategically manage leveling, compensation, and performance management programs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring these programs support our business goals and drive performance.

  • Onboarding: Create, improve, and manage onboarding experiences for a remote first team.

  • Employee Resources: Coordinate and maintain a knowledge base and guide for employees.

  • Partner with finance on payroll and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations for international team

  • Benefits and Perks Program Improvement: Drive strategic improvements to benefits and perk programs, ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with our business goals and employee needs.

  • Risk Management and Strategic Alignment: Proactively identify and mitigate HR-related risks, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and legal requirements.

🙌 Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in HR, ideally within a high growth startups

  • Forward thinking approach to HR like product development—building from first principles and evolving with experimentation and iteration

  • Experience working across the HR stack—from payroll and benefits to performance management and employee engagement

  • Experience partnering and working closely with leadership

  • Experience doing people operations in a remote environment 

  • Experience working on a a blended US/Canadian team is a bonus

Annual Salary Range: $140k - $240k USD
