
HR Officer (Personnel Administration)
About the team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our HR team.
This position can be based in any of the following countries: Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Moldova, Romania, and Serbia.
Tasks in the role:
ESP (External Service Provider) Contract Management globally; initiation, negotiation, and renewal processes; collaboration with legal department for compliance.
Documentation and Compliance; review and verify ESP documentation adherence; maintain up-to-date filing system for ESP-related documents and contracts.
Invoice Processing; liaison with finance for timely ESP payments.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration; work with various departments to meet service requirements and resolve issues.
Reporting; provide regular management reports on contract performance, service level compliance, and cost management.
Continuous Improvement; identify and implement process improvements for ESP contract management.
Positive Candidate Experience; ensure positive onboarding experience.
Effective Stakeholder Management; manage stakeholders within and outside the organization.
International Labor Laws Compliance; ensure compliance with labor laws globally.
Facilitate Interactions; facilitate interactions with local and global teams and ESPs.
Ad-Hoc Projects; contribute to additional projects within the HR department.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered an advantage;
Experience in HR, particularly in transition support, onboarding, and stakeholder management;
Knowledge of international labor laws;
Familiarity with HR technologies such an HRIS and ATS system;
Proficiency in drafting and managing contracts;
Effective communication with Talent Acquisition, Legal, Candidates, and Hiring Managers;
Ability to handle requests and approvals for ESPs efficiently;
Detail-oriented with a focus on problem-solving;
Resilient and adaptable to a dynamic work environment;
Team player with the capability to collaborate with various teams;
English language proficiency;
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage onboarding processes effectively.
