Digital PR Manager

Quality Nonsense, a rapidly growing startup, seeks a full-time Digital PR Manager to elevate our outreach efforts. This is not your typical PR role; results matter here.

About You

Experience: 3+ years as a Digital PR Manager or Outreach Manager with a proven track record of developing and implementing PR strategies.

 Skills: 

  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.

  • Results oriented with accountability for KPIs and reporting experience.

  • Expert user of Google Sheets/Excel.

  • Proficient with Ahrefs (or comparable SEO tools) and exceptional research skills.

  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills for securing press coverage, traffic, and backlinks.

  • Knowledge and experience in implementing best practices for online marketing in PR and outreach.

  • In-depth experience with platforms like Pitchbox, Buzzstream, Lemlist, or similar.

  • Exceptional copywriting skills to create captivating, motivating, and persuasive email content.

  • Native level English proficiency, comfortable working with colleagues for whom English is a second language.

Leadership and Management Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of at least five PR specialists, providing guidance, support, and professional development.

  • Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute PR strategies that align with company goals.

  • Performance Monitoring: Set clear performance metrics for the team and conduct performance reviews.

Location and Work Hours

  • Remote Experience: Ideally, you have years of remote work experience, even before COVID.

  • Global Collaboration: Engaging with colleagues from various countries is second nature to you.

  • Flexibility: While you enjoy significant flexibility, you'll be mindful of team schedules, especially around the EST/PST time zones.

Compensation

  • Salary commensurate with experience, paid in US dollars.
