We're pet lovers who believe every family deserves a yard they're proud of, and we've never treated market leadership as a reason to slow down. We're hiring a Growth Architect to design, build, and optimize the systems that turn lead volume into long-term customer relationships.

This is not a coordinator role. This is not a specialist role. This is a builder role — for someone who sees a funnel full of leaks and can't sleep until they're closed.

You'll own the full customer journey from first search impression to subscription retention, managing a distributed team of specialists and external agencies while building the automation infrastructure that makes it all run.

What You'll Own

Funnel Architecture & LTV/CAC

- Design and own the end-to-end customer journey from first impression to long-term retention

- Map how acquisition traffic converts into GHL leads and how those leads become paying subscribers

- Obsessively find and close the leaks that inflate CAC and erode LTV

Agency & Vendor Performance

- Manage PPC, SEO, and creative agencies — define expectations, challenge weak thinking, and hold them to outcomes

- Audit paid media performance with a data-first lens. You won't run campaigns directly, but you'll know immediately when the numbers don't add up

Execution & Accountability

- Keep every marketing project moving: clear owners, deadlines, follow-up, delivered results. Nothing drifts.

- Build the habits and systems your team runs on without constant oversight

GHL Automation & Lifecycle Nurture

- Build sophisticated branching workflows in GoHighLevel — right message, right time, right channel

- Design journeys that move leads from "just looking" to paying subscriber and keep them there

- Create SOPs and QA processes that make quality repeatable

Performance Reporting

- Own dashboards tracking CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, LTV/CAC, and pipeline value

- Weekly and monthly reporting to leadership — insights that lead to decisions, not decks that collect dust

AI & Emerging Channels

- Lead AI-driven initiatives as they come online: Chat advertising, AI nurturing, AI agents

- Stay ahead of the stack and build for what's coming

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years in marketing, growth, or marketing operations

- Proven track record managing and holding agencies accountable to real outcomes

- GoHighLevel (GHL) experience — power user preferred

- Strong analytical skills — you work from conversion data, not vanity metrics

- Experience managing remote, distributed teams

- Pacific Time availability during business hours

- Clear, professional English (written and verbal)

- B2C or service/subscription business experience a strong plus
