Funnel Specialist β€” GoHighLevel Systems & QA (Full-Time, Remote)

⚠️ Before you apply, confirm these three things:

  1. You have built and debugged workflows inside GoHighLevel β€” not watched tutorials, not "familiar with," but hands-on, in production, for real clients.

  2. You are available full-time during EST business hours (8 AM–5 PM). This is your primary role, not a side project.

  3. You are based in Latin America, the Caribbean, or the Philippines.

If all three are true, keep reading.

Who we are

Grow Baby Grow is a marketing automation agency that builds and manages CRM systems, funnels, and automation workflows for home service and local businesses. Our stack is GoHighLevel, Zapier, Asana, and Slack, plus a set of internal QA processes we've built over time.

Everything our clients depend on β€” lead capture, follow-up sequences, CRM pipelines, appointment booking β€” runs through systems we build and maintain. When those systems break, clients lose leads. Our job is to make sure they don't break.

The role

This is a systems and operations role, not a creative marketing role.

You'll own funnel health across multiple client accounts. That means building new funnels, auditing existing ones on a weekly cadence, diagnosing failures by tracing trigger logic (not guessing), and documenting every change you make. You'll use our internal quality system called TAO β€” Tracking, Auditing, Optimization β€” to catch errors before clients see them.

What you'll do day to day

  • Build and configure GoHighLevel funnels: landing pages, forms, pipelines, chatbots, automation workflows

  • Run weekly TAO audits β€” systematic checks on triggers, workflow steps, messaging, integrations, and pipeline logic

  • Diagnose broken automations by tracing the full trigger chain, finding the failure point, fixing it, and documenting what happened

  • Launch new funnels and updates without breaking existing systems β€” pre-launch QA checklists, post-launch monitoring

  • Document every funnel you build or touch β€” no undocumented changes

  • Publish weekly stability reports using standardized scorecards

  • Coordinate with the team async via Slack and Asana β€” flag problems early, don't wait to be asked

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in marketing automation, funnel ops, or CRM administration

  • Hands-on GoHighLevel experience β€” you've built workflows, debugged triggers, managed pipelines in GHL specifically

  • Zapier experience β€” building, debugging, and documenting multi-step integrations

  • Experience auditing or QA-testing live systems

  • Agency or client-services background preferred β€” you understand accountability to outcomes, not just task completion

  • Strong written English β€” you'll communicate daily with the team and occasionally with clients

You'll thrive here if

  • You've inherited someone else's messy GHL account and turned it into something stable and documented

  • You keep personal QA checklists without being told to

  • You've been called "too thorough" and took it as a compliment

  • You don't mark a task done until you've verified the output in the live system β€” not just built it, but confirmed it works

  • You treat a weekly audit as pass/fail, not a suggestion

You won't thrive here if

  • You troubleshoot by changing things until something works instead of tracing the logic

  • You rely on daily direction to know what to do next

  • You've used GHL casually but haven't built or maintained systems in it for paying clients
