Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of successful influencer marketing campaigns. This role requires a creative mind, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive engagement across various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Identify and build relationships with influencers aligned with our brand values and objectives.
Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring deliverables are met.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep the brand at the forefront.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing initiatives.
Oversee the creation of engaging and shareable content for social media channels.
Work with the creative team to develop visually appealing and on-brand content.
Ensure content aligns with the overall marketing and brand strategy.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms.
Foster a positive online community and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Utilize analytics tools to track and analyse social media performance.
Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
Recruit and manage affiliate marketing across the brands.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experiences
Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends particularly in the US
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Experience in e-commerce or brand work is a plus, particularly with US brands
Able to handle multiple brands is a plus
Have some experience with graphic design work for content creation.
