About the role Reel Unlimited is looking for a talented and motivated Website Designer to join our team as a full-time employee. This position offers a competitive salary while creating stunning and functional website designs for our clients using Figma and Framer.

Location: Indonesia (remote work)

Salary Range: IDR 7.5M to 10M per month

Working Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM WIB (Western Indonesia Time) or 3 PM to 12 AM WIB

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites using Figma and Framer.

• Create responsive layouts that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.

• Develop UI/UX designs that enhance user experience and meet client objectives.

• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand design requirements and user needs.

• Produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Implement design systems and ensure consistency across website designs.

• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with project managers, clients, and colleagues to deliver high-quality website designs.

• Produce drafts and make revisions based on the feedback received.

• Deliver 2-4 website design projects per day with a usual turnaround time of 24 hours.

Work Environment:

• Full-time position with specified working hours

• Remote work with occasional team meetings and client interactions via video conferencing

• Access to our project management dashboard and private Slack channel for communication and collaboration with clients and team members

The minimum requirements for this position include the following:

• 2+ years of experience in website design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse web projects.

• Proficient in Figma and Framer (mandatory).

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and web design best practices.

• Excellent skills in creating visually appealing and functional website layouts.

• Knowledge of current web design trends and technologies.

• Fluent in English (mandatory) - both written and verbal communication.

• Ability to consistently meet 24-hour project turnarounds.

• Capacity to handle 2-4 website design projects per day.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and design skills.

• Good interpersonal skills and client-handling experience.

• Team player with a sense of humor.
